Connected mono or multi-temperature wine cabinet for service and storage with smart shelves

Connected wine cellar that can be used in single-temperature mode for storage or serving, or in multi-temperature mode for serving. This version is fitted with a grey triple-glazed tempered anti-UV treated glass door with lock. It has a capacity of 149 bottles, including a compartment at the bottom of the cellar that can hold up to 17 bottles.

Voted "Grand Prix de l'Innovation 2022": this cellar is also equipped with 11 connected wooden and metal racks with illuminated lexan fronts that detect bottles added to and removed from the cellar using the VINOTAG® application. This gives you a real-time overview of the bottles in the cellar, with their location recorded and indicated.

Thanks to the sensors on the racks and the bottle location function, you can search for a bottle using the app, so that an indicator light lights up in the cellar and you can find the exact location of that bottle.

What's more, the ESommelier® function gives you advice on the best location for your bottles to ensure optimum ageing of your wines. This feature also makes it easy to find the locations available in your cellar.

In single-temperature mode, the cellar temperature can be set between 5 and 20°C, so you can :

• Either age and store your wines at 12°C, both short and long term
• Or prepare white wines for serving between 7 and 10°C and Champagnes between 6 and 10°C
• Or prepare red wines for serving between 14 and 20°C (chambered)

In multi-temperature mode, AUTO mode allows the cellar to manage its own internal temperature. It has 3 temperature zones:

• Upper section (3 shelves), from 14°C to 20°C, to bring your red wines up to tasting temperature
• Middle section (5 shelves), from 10°C to 14°C, for ageing your wines
• Lower section (3 shelves + bottom compartment), from 5°C to 10°C, to bring your white, rosé and champagne wines up to tasting temperature

This cellar is also fitted with an alarm to warn you if the door is left open, and to prevent any temperature variations that could affect the quality of your bottles.

The winter function automatically maintains the interior temperature of the wine cellar if the ambient temperature drops.

For the cellar to work properly, it should be installed in a room where the minimum temperature does not fall below 16°C.
